About This Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with product questions, technical issues, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
  • Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient and empathetic attitude
